#ForAurora Service Week

JUNE 6-12, 2022

Are you ready to be part of a tangible change in your community?

Many churches are known for what they are against; we want to be known because of what we are for: we are #ForAurora.

Please register for our upcoming service week. (June 6-12) We have all kinds of projects. After you register you will receive an e-mail within a few days with all the details you need to know about your service project.

We are also looking for team leaders for each day of our projects, if you would like to help out in that capacity please send an e-mail to

Mean Streets: Going door to door at hotels on Colfax where Mean Streets has built relationships. We will be praying for people and handing out snacks.

Sox Place: Cleaning up the day center which provides a safe haven for over 100 “street kids” per day in downtown Denver.

Independence Elementary School: Help repaint the United States map on the school’s playground. Painting experience required.

School Meet-Up: Meet at your neighborhood's High School. We'll pick up trash and move to the Middle and Elementary schools if time permits.

Eagle Nest Ranch: Help build a playground and clean up around the farm. This horse ranch provides a place of healing and restoration to veterans and members of the general public.

The Dolores Project: Help cook and serve the meals for this woman's shelter facility. We'll need hairdressers to give the ladies a free haircut as well.

Prayer Walks: Each evening venture out from church, walking while praying over the neighborhoods and one evening at Southlands shopping center.

Not able to come to our campus? Write a thank you card or bring goodies to your local police or fire departments. Serve at a homeless shelter or nursing home. Do something nice for your neighbor! Tag your picture or story to @foraurora_ and use the hashtag #foraurora2022
